Laser diode modules

We offer different types of high quality laser diode modules, for researchers and industrial OEM users, available with wavelengths from 405nm to 980nm and output powers from 0.39mW to 1000mW. We offer cost effective laser modules consisting of a laser diode, an electrical driver and a collimating lens in a black anodized or copper housing; these are available with cross/line generator lenses, mainly for industrial applications. We also offer a wide range of high performance modules, CW and modulatable. We can also provide customized solutions.

We offer cost effective OEM laser modules consisting of laser diode, electrical driver and collimating lens in a black anodized or copper housing, available with cross/line generator lenses, mainly for industrial applications.

We also offer a wide range of high performance, high reliability laser products, CW and modulable. Optical outputs include elliptical and circular spots, lines, crosses and diffractive optics. The in-built control electronics provide excellent power stability over time and temperature as well as a range of modulation features that are unmatched on the marketplace.

Cameo thread mountable modulatable lasers

  • Simple thread mounted industrial laser diode module
  • Third wire input facilitates rapid switching /gating
  • Switching speeds up to 100kHz
  • Operates directly from binary logic signals

Lyte-MV, Lyte-MV-Excel and Greenlyte-MV-Excel machine vision lasers

  • Powers up to 100mW in red, 200mW I/R, 50mW in green
  • Uniform non-Gaussian line with fan angles from 5 to 90 degrees
  • CW, linear analogue modulation or digital TTL control
  • User adjustable focus
  • Excel lasers allow user adjustable focus without removing line optics whilst maintaining laser classification

Firefly and Firefly mini 532nm green laser diode modules

  • Green 532nm, powers up to 50mW
  • Stable power without thermoelectric (TE) cooling
  • Power stability better than ±5% (Firefly) or 10% (Firefly mini) over full operating temperature range
  • High boresight accuracy <2mrad
  • Wide range of additional optics available – Lines, cross, DOE

Survelase, Survelase Maxi and Survelase Mega long distance targeting lasers

  • Powers up to 50mW
  • Small well defined spot over very long working distances
  • CW, TTL or PWM operation
  • User adjustable focus
  • High boresight accuracy

Bluelyte laser diode module

  • 405nm, powers up to 75mW
  • Linear control or pulse width modulation internal driver board
  • Choice of lenses to provide elliptical or circular beams
  • Optional line generating optics

Guideline laser system

  • Powers up to 50mW in red or green outputs
  • Equal brightness across length of the line (no fading at ends of the line)
