Beam Splitting modules for ultrashort lasers

CANUNDA-SPLIT from Cailabs

Cailabs designs and manufactures a range of ultra-short pulse (USP) laser beam splitting modules with unique properties to improve the efficiency of laser processing. Cailabs' CANUNDA-SPLIT Series modules offer high flexibility for beam splitting, preserving beam quality, and high adaptability for integration into industrial laser processing machines.

Features
  • Choice of 5 different patterns or 5 different spacings for each module with motorized selection
  • High transmission for maximum efficiency
  • Excellent homogeneity between spots for parallel process optimization
  • Modules compatible with industry standards (galvanometric scanners, F-theta lenses, etc...)
  • Compatibility with USP (femtosecond) lasers without chromatic effects

Further information

CANUNDA-SPLIT modules offer excellent beam splitting and high operational flexibility due to the electronic control of pattern selection from the various options available for the particular module. In addition, the excellent transmission level and homogeneity of the generated spots allow for a highly efficient parallel processing.

Based on a fully reflective optical architecture, the CANUNDA-SPLIT enables peak powers of up to 1 mJ with femtosecond pulses!

CANUNDA-SPLIT modules can be easily integrated into laser micromachining machines ensuring their performance over the entire field of view of F-theta lenses.

The CANUNDA-SPLIT represents the ideal solution in terms of flexibility, quality and cost for the optimization of parallel laser processing.

Two sets of modules (P01 and P02) are currently available, which allow you to adjust the spacing between spots or select the spot pattern. The CANUNDA-SPLIT is compatible with NIR or VIS (green) lasers.

The CANUNDA-SPLIT Pattern Set P01 module allows to vary the separation angle of the spots of a fixed linear pattern of 1x9 spots.

The CANUNDA-SPLIT Pattern Set P02 module, on the other hand, allows to select different types of patterns, including linear 1x5 or 1x9 vertical or horizontal configurations or 2D 7x7, while keeping the spot separation angle constant at 2 mrad.
